Loop Networks Ltd. is an emerging internet service provider in Nepal, established with the motto of “Happy Customers”. The managing director and chairman of the company, Mr. Satish Pokhrel initiated the business to provide quality internet service in Nepalese market in 2016. We are focused on providing our customers with the best fiber internet service through up-to-date technical infrastructure and 24×7 customer support. We primarily focus on quality service and support to our customers on a regular basis to keep up with our motto.

Loop Network’s main aim is to satisfy our valued customers. For that, we keep in touch with our customers on a regular interval. This helps us to know about the status of the service. To attain our theme “We care about our Customers”, we do not just wait for our customers to contact us but our support team frequently will be in touch with customers to know if the service is running well. After spending over 14 years in Information Technology and service sector, I feel very privileged to be writing this message as CEO of Loop Networks Limited. A pioneer Internet Service Provider in Nepal with a purpose to create a network that connects Nepali community, is in line with my long-held belief a conviction to achieve the dream of Internet broadband with technological innovation and inclusive growth is foreseen.

At present, we aligned our business strategy for better positioning to lead the Internet Industry in Nepal. Loop Networks is also committed to connect our customers nationwide, grow along with all our stakeholders and excel customer service creating positive impact in Nepali Community.

As we celebrate the 6th anniversary of Loop Networks, we will continue to honor the commitment our founders made, it is vital that we treat every client with dedication and responsibility as we move forward towards achieving our ambitious goals.
